REGISTRATION FEE
The registration fee to attend this conference includes two days of scientific sessions, workshops, lunch sessions, coffee breaks and corporate mini symposiums.

GROUP REGISTRATION: for a group of 15 or more delegates registration, please send email to shashik.vig@themedalgroup.com
REFUND POLICY: An administrative fee of USD 125 will be deducted from any cancellations made after OCT 15, 2013.
No refunds will be made after January 15, 2014.
