Dr. Shroff joined the Department of Gastrointestinal Medical Oncology at MD Anderson Cancer Center as an Assistant Professor in 2010. She specializes in the treatment of pancreatic and biliary cancers. Her research interest center around designing clinical trials for pancreaticobiliary tumors, exploring the genomic heterogeneity of these malignancies, and understanding the genetic basis behind pancreatic and biliary cancers. Dr. Shroff has published scholarly articles, reviews and educational chapters in these areas and has been invited to give a number of presentations discussing new horizons in therapies for pancreatic and biliary malignancies
