Professor Ponlapat Rojnuckarin, MD

Professor Ponlapat Rojnuckarin earned an MD degree from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand. He was certified for Thai Board of Internal medicine, Board of Hematology, Board of Clinical Pathology and Board of Clinical Pharmacology and Toxicology. He also received PhD degree (Biochemistry) from the University of Washington, USA. Dr Rojnuckarin is currently the Director of Blood Bank of King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital, the Head of Special Hematology Laboratory and a faculty member of the Division of Hematology, Department of Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand. He is also the Secretary General of the Thai Society of Hematology. His research interests include bleeding, thrombosis and tropical hematology. Dr Rojnuckarin has published more than 85 articles in peer-reviewed journals including Blood, Journal of Thrombosis and Haemostasis, Thrombosis and Haemostasis, Toxins and Toxicon. He wrote more than 100 book chapters and has been a guest speaker for over 200 meetings.
