Dr Choudhary was able to start successfully Allogenic Bone Marrow Transplant program at Sir Ganga Ram hospital and Dr. B. L. Kapur Memorial Hospital,
New Delhi. Dr Choudhary has done more than 500 Allogenic Bone Marrow Transplantation and 150 Autologous Stem Cell Transplantation independently, majority of patients were Thalassemia Major, Acute Leukemia (Myeloid & Lymphoid), Aplastic Anemia Multiple Myelomas and Lymphoma. He performs transplant on both pediatric and adult patient since my training in Hematology includes all age group. At Dr. B. L. Kapur Memorial Hospital, Dr Choudhary has started largest Bone Marrow Transplant program in North India. The program started with 4 bedded unit and within first year, 28 successful Bone marrow Transplants were done. The BMT unit has expanded to 24 bedded dedicated HEPA filtered unit. He has done more than 500 stem cell transplant at this center in last 5 years. Centre does Matched sibling donor and match unrelated donor Allogenic transplant, Autologous transplant, Cord blood transplant & Haplo Identical transplant regularly. We cater patient not only from India but patients from Iraq, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Uzbekistan, UAE, Nigeria, Kenya, Nepal and other part of Africa and Middle East.
